SUPPORT-A-STUDENT

....support the next generation

The organizing committee is committed to making FT2008 accessible and affordable to students and researchers from developing nations.    Support a student is a community-based effort where well-established laboratories, researchers, and companies can commit a small amount of money that may be a big help.

For this effort we are seeking small pledges from the community.  If you are your lab or company can contribute, we will see that stipends are awarded to those who need financial assistance to attend the meeting.

With the Registration fee, Airfare, and Room, the cost to any individual can be a burden.  Therefore we encourage pledges that can make a significant impact.  You may pledge any amount, but pledges of  $200, 500, and $1000 would go a long way to making a difference.

How do you pledge?  Just email and indicate your pledge amount, affiliation, and pledge name (anonymous, individual, lab, university, or company).  We will then send you an Invoice, and once paid, your pledge will be acknowledged here. Corporate doners please go here.

Pledge today and make a difference for the future of the our science!
