Poster Information

Poster presentations will take place on Monday (15th), Tuesday (16th) and Thursday (18th), please see the conference program for your day. Posters will be hung in the meeting room for the entire day.  Authors will have the opportunity to be present to answer questions during the two one-hour breaks from oral presentations.  We would urge you to be present during both breaks as your poster will be up for the entire day

Posters will be hung on the inner wall of the break room.  Horizontal apace will likely be limited so we ask that posters be no more than 1.5 meters wide.  The height of the posters is flexible but if it is longer than 1.5 meters people may have trouble reading it.  Posters have no other restrictions.
