ASNY Fall 2013 Meeting Instructions for Presentations
Talks
- Contributed Talks: 15 minutes
- Invited Talks: 45 minutes
- Prize Talks: 30 minutes
The presentation room has PC and Mac computers and laptop hookup available at the podium. For laptop hookup, 1024x768 is the preferred resolution. Mac folks: please bring your own adapter to make sure that you have the right one. Presenters, please check with Becky that the laptop hookup or transfer of talk to the podium computer works well before the talk to ensure smooth transitions. Speakers in the first session, please find Becky during refreshments before the meeting starts.
Posters
- Posters should be no larger than 4' x 3' . Landscape style works best.
- Posters will be mounted on poster boards with push pins (we will provide) and propped on easels.
