(AcCSC) Minutes of Meetings: Present: Bauman, Cossey, Davis, Keller, Klein, McFadden, Smith, Tredwell Review of last meeting's minutes. (This is the first meeting of 2002-2003.) 1. Membership. Still seeing temp reps from Divisions 2 and 4; Felmon Davis (philosoply) will be the temp Div. 1 rep. 2. ITS announcements. (See attached powerpoint.) 180 Thinkpad notebooks were sold from the Bookstore this summer/fall. Most were T-30 models. CATV goes to every student room; we have some closed circuit channels; All paid by student fee. Click here for instructions on using secure FTP. Auditors and insurance companies are requiring more security, both physical (anti-theft systems) and network (secure passwords).
