Leave your portfolio on the table labeled Photo 3 in the photo classroom. Also, please clean out your locker as your leave. Leave your combination lock in the locker and please put a piece of tape [in mounting room] with the combination written CLEARLY on the lock.
You will be informed when your portfolio has been graded and is ready for pick up.
After your portfolios are reviewed they will be available in the film processing room for pick-up during finals week. They may be available early in the week, and if they are you will receive an email that they are ready for pick up. Please do not call or email to inquire, you will be the first to know when they can be picked up. Grading will be completed after graduation – please do not call or email inquiring about a grade. You will receive your grade from the registrar.
*YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR PORTFOLIOS OVER THE SUMMER. They will be discarded if they are not picked up by graduation. If you are leaving before they are ready for pickup, you must arrange for someone to pick it up for you.
