Review of last meeting's minutes

The agenda for this meeting originally called for a discussion of budget priorities, but that was a bit premature.  Instead, the discussion focused on distance learning and how and if Union should accept distance learning courses for credit.  For a full summary of the committee's views on this subject, see the minutes for the October 24 meeting.
