Look for the observatory dome on top of the Olin Building.
The meeting room is off the lobby on the ground floor of Olin.
If on foot, from hotels:
Nott Terrace meets Union Street at the intersection marked 8. Turn
right on Union Street and enter the campus near through the gate marked #39.
Continue
on the lane until you reach the green quad, then pass by the Nott
Memorial (#37) and look for the Olin Building.
From parking lots:

Follow the directions at the top of the page to get to the Olin Building. Take the staircase from the Olin
Lobby up one flight. Go out the doors and across the courtyard to the Science
and Engineering Building. Take the elevator near the entrance door to the 3rd floor.
Turn right and go through the double doors marked "Physics". Turn left and follow the
hallway around the corner. N305 is the second-to-last door on the right.
